BTW, most Tam Tam varieties are NOT Kosher for Passover. I am not at all strict about keeping K-P, but I have never thought of Tam Tams as a Pesadik treat for this reason. The NYT article didn’t get this right, either.
yes I agree about the kosher l’Pesach thing, Rachel, but what better to down a glob of chopped liver swimming in schmaltz covered caramelized onions and the requisite kosher l’Pesach achingly sweet Coke?? Oh, I know, I’ll substitute real matzohs for those elusive Tam Tams … anticipation!
