Can hardly wait to read your comments on this wondrous meal! Just a cursory look at each item says that Chef Grant Achatz took exceptionally fine care of you …

I hope it tastes as good as it looks. How long has this place been open?

It looks to me like several of those dishes would have benefited greatly with the addition of some tasty condiments. Did you notice any ketchup, pepper vinegar, or Crystal hot sauce nearby? It’s there on the table in all of my favorite places, but I’m not sure how they handle it in exotic lands like Chicago.

Brooks, you’re an ass (or a spambot).

I’ve had the privilege of dining at El Al where Chef Achatz’s staff stayed in the kitchen until 3:00am to cater to our unexpected decision to worship for 5 hours. We were the only party in the place for two or three hours and have never forgotten the extra effort they all made on our behalf. It took a few months for our budget to recover from the flights/food/fancies but the experience is still cherished! We heart Grant.
