His response was that he tried to get the five guys franchise and the territory was taken. He wanted to go with what has worked and has since changed a large part of the menu. In all fairness the food was really good and they have a killer strawberry milkshake. Give it a chance, because the guy really seems to run a good clean business and seems like a really nice guy. I have to say this is a great concept. The food was great and the ambiance was fantastic. I want to open a restaurant like this in Central New Jersey. Best Burger I had in a long time.
