    I saw your photos, I am disappointed to see you make gelato from bases and powders and syrups. Please , out of respect, do Italians a favor and do not call yourself an authentic gelateria. Thanks.

    Daniele,

    Dont criticize us unless you have tried our gelato. what you saw in the video is not syrup. it is 100% hazelnut butter. You dont know whats in the bases and powder. It’s also what all gelato stores in italy use. It’s imported from italy from the world-renowned gelato company.

    Although, im not italian, it doesnt make the product any less italian. if that’s what you mean.
