For the last several years, Rachel and I set up dinners for eGullet for Chinese New Year, and they were always popular events. This year, for Year of the Pig, I’d like to do one for Off The Broiler readers. You can be assured that this time, there will be lots of porky goodness.
I’m looking to put together an event in Northern NJ for February 18th. If you’re interested and can definitely go, send an email to jperlow@gmail.com. If the response is good over the next few weeks, I’ll post the menu and set up a paypal account where you can reserve your seats.

Jason, can’t make it for your CNY bash, but I did want to tell you that I’ve been listening to your podcasts off and on. Really enjoyed the one with David Chang. The Minister of Rum conversation also taught me a lot!
