Nice Weather = WEBER (III)

Today I had my buddies over for dinner, and as spare ribs were onsale, I decided to prepare a feast of BBQ Ribs (slow cooked on the Weber for 4 hours and smoked with wood chips) and to test out my new toy, the Tostobueno (click for video).

Green plantains lightly fried.

Ribs on the rack after 1 hour of smoking.

Completed ribs after 4.5 hours of cooking and finished with BBQ sauce.

Fresh salsa made with fresh chopped Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, fresh red Fresno chiles, Cilantro and Salt and Pepper and Lime Juice.

The Tostobueno.

Plantains after smashing by Tostobueno and then being fried a second time.

Tostones plated with Salsa and a hit of Hot Sauce.
